Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not generate with 58th Floor AI Video, how moderation works, and how to report abuse.

What this policy covers
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every prompt, image and generated output that passes through the service. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you disagree with it, do not use the service.
We build a generative video tool. That makes misuse a real risk, so the rules below are enforced automatically and without exception. The six categories in the next section are the categories our payment provider and model providers require us to police; they apply even if a request would otherwise be legal in your country.
Prohibited content — the six categories
You may not use this service to create, upload, request or share any of the following. Each category is prohibited on its own; combining them is worse, not a loophole.
1. Pornography / NSFW. No nudity, no sexual or sexually suggestive imagery, no pornographic or erotic content, whether photorealistic or stylised. This service does not offer adult content — not in any pack, not in any region.
2. Violence and gore. No graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture or cruelty, and no content that glorifies or instructs it.
3. Hate speech. No content that promotes, incites or normalises hatred, discrimination, dehumanisation or violence against people or groups because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or similar characteristics.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual content involving minors. This is an absolute prohibition. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, and we preserve the associated records for that purpose. There is no warning, no appeal and no exception. This also covers any attempt to place a minor in a sexualised scene, including through "age-up" or stylisation tricks.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation. No face swap, no "nudify" / undress transform, no compositing of two real people into an intimate scene, and no fabricated statement or action attributed to a real person — whether or not the people involved consented. Do not generate video portraying an identifiable person in a false or defamatory situation, or implying their endorsement. The service has no face-swap, reference-video or motion-transfer feature; requests that try to use it that way are refused.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement. No content that infringes copyright, trademark, trade dress or personality rights — including copying a protected character, brand, logo or another creator's video frame-by-frame.
Also prohibited, in addition to the six categories: non-consensual intimate imagery, content that promotes self-harm or eating disorders, harassment and threats, instructions for weapons, drugs or other illegal acts, and any attempt to bypass or defeat our moderation checks.
Photos of real people — the consent rule
You may upload a photo only if (a) it is a photo of you, or (b) you have explicit permission from every identifiable person in it. Do not upload another person's photo without their consent. By uploading, you confirm that you meet this rule and that you have the right to use the photo this way.
This is a product rule, not just a warning: misuse leads to the takedown process and to account termination.
How moderation works
- Before generation: every prompt is screened by a third-party content safety check (Waffo Prompt Sift) plus our own local blocklist. Prompts that match a restricted category are refused before any task is queued.
- After generation, before delivery: the generated video is frame-sampled by an automated NSFW filter; a flagged video is not delivered.
- Reports: reports of intimate imagery or anything involving a minor are treated as urgent and reviewed by a human.
- Refused requests consume no credits — you are not charged for a blocked request.
How we enforce this
- No charge for blocked requests. If a request is refused, no credits are consumed.
- Repeated violations suspend the account. Once an account reaches the configured threshold of blocked requests, generation is refused for that account while the record stands.
- Credits may be forfeited on accounts terminated for abuse.
- We remove output and terminate access at any time if we believe this policy has been breached.
- We keep records of moderation decisions. To handle abuse, respond to legal requests and prevent repeat offenders, we retain what was checked, which categories matched and a hash of the request. We do not retain the offending media itself.
- We cooperate with law enforcement. Where the law requires it, we report and preserve evidence. This is the one case where our record-keeping overrides a deletion request, and we say so in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting abuse
If you see content on this service that violates this policy — or if you believe someone is using the service to harm you — report it to abuse@58thflooraivideo.org, through the public takedown form, or from your account's support area. Include the URL or account if you have it. We reply within 5 business days; reports about intimate imagery and anything involving a minor are treated as urgent and reviewed first.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service and the applicable law change. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version.
