This inbox is answered in English and Chinese. We read everything and typically reply within 2–3 business days (China time, UTC+8). Refund requests are answered within 5 business days, as the refund policy commits.
What to write to us about
- Refunds and billing — the purchase email, the order number from your receipt, and the date of the charge. Full rules: Refund Policy.
- A video should not exist (takedown) — the video link, the person concerned and your relationship to them. The takedown page explains the whole channel.
- Something broken (site, payment, credits) — what you clicked, what you expected, and a screenshot if you have one. Signed-in users can also open a ticket from Settings → Support.
- API access — what you want to build and the volume you expect.
- Business and partnerships — what you would like to do and a way to reach you.
- Privacy or data deletion — the email your account uses. See the "Your rights" section of the Privacy Policy.
Report abusive or illegal content
Report content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy or infringes your rights. Content-removal requests can also go through the public takedown form; no account is required. Reports involving apparent child sexual abuse material are escalated to the relevant authorities.
